Communication of the Fire Rescue System Units with the Operational and Information Center

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem komunikace mezi Hasičským záchranným sborem a jeho operačním a informačním střediskem. Komunikace mezi těmito dvěma klíčovými prvky záchranného systému je důležitá pro efektivní a koordinovanou reakci na různé tísňové situace. Práce zkoumá aktuální procesy komunikace mezi Hasičským záchranným sborem a Operačním a informačním systémem, podtrhuje jejich silné a slabé stránky a navrhuje možné zlepšení. Metodologie zahrnuje sběr primárních dat prostřednictvím rozhovorů s pracovníky hasičského záchranného systému a operačního a informačního střediska a také analýzu postupů. Cílem této práce je poskytnout doporučení pro optimalizaci komunikačních procesů mezi hasičským záchranným sborem a operačním a informačním střediskem, což vede k rychlejší a učenější reakci na tísňové situace a celkové zlepšení celkového výkonu záchranného systému.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis examines the communication process between the Fire Rescue Service and its Operation and information center. Communication between these two key elements of the rescue system is crucial for an effective and coordinated response to various emergency situations. The thesis investigates the current communication processes between the Fire Rescue Service and operation and information system, highlights their strengths and weaknesses, and proposes possible inprovements. The methodology includes collecting primary data through interviews whit personnel from the fire rescue system and the operational and information center, as well as analyzing procedures. The aim of this thesis is to provide recommendations for optimizing communication processes between the fire rescue service and the operational and information center, leading to faster and more effective responses to emergency situations and overall improvement in the performance of the rescue system.
