Use of Electronic Communication and Distribution Channels in Banks

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na důležitost a funkčnost webových stránek a druhy elektronického bankovnictví pro banky a klienty v dnešní době.Cílem práce je analyzovat webové stránky a porovnání nákladů na různé druhy elektronických prostředků u vybraných bank.V první kapitole jsou popsány počátky a vývoj elektronických komunikačních a distribučních kanálů, druhá kapitola se zaměřuje popis webových stránek.Třetí kapitola popisuje využití elektronických distribučních kanálů, kterými jsou telefonní, mobilní a internetové bankovnictví.Ve čtvrté kapitole je provedena analýza webových stránek a nákladů na telefonní, mobilní a internetové bankovnictví u vybraných bank.

Abstract:

The work is focused on the importace and functionality of web sites and types of electronic banking for banks and clients today.The aim is to analyze the Web sites and comparing cost of various types of electronic equipment at selected banks.The first chapter describes the origins and development of electronic communication and distribution channels,the second chapter focuses on description of the sites.The third chapter describes the use of electronic distribution channels such as telephone, mobile and internet banking.The fourth chapter is an analysis of web pages and the cost of telephone,mobile and Internet banking at selected banks.
