Evaluation of the company's investment attractiveness

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh metody hodnocení investiční atraktivity pomocí uvedení různých faktorů do integrálního ukazatele, který bude vhodný a adaptovaný pro český trh. Ke splnění cíle povede kritické zkoumání a analýza již existujících metod. Praktickým cílem diplomové práce je aplikovat navrženou metodiku hodnocení investiční atraktivity podniku na stavební společnost Central Group a. s., nabídnout doporučení pro zvýšení atraktivity a opatření pro budoucí vývoj českého stavebnictví. Naplnění stanovených cílů je dosaženo prostřednictvím analýzy teoretické a metodické základny investiční atraktivity podniku, vyvinutí autorské metodiky hodnocení investiční atraktivity a aplikace metodiky na vybraný stavební podnik. Výsledky hodnocení ukázaly životaschopnost modelu v podmínkách českého trhu. V závěru diplomové práce je shrnuto veškeré zkoumání, dosažené výsledky, navržená doporučení pro zvýšení investiční atraktivity vybraného podniku a opatření pro vývoj stavebnictví.

Abstract:

The purpose of the master's thesis is to offer a method for evaluating investment attractiveness by bringing various factors to an integral indicator that will be suitable and adapted for the Czech market. Critical analysis and analysis of existing methods will lead to the achievement of the goal. The practical purpose of the thesis is to apply the proposed methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of an enterprise to the construction company Central Group a. s., to offer recommendations for improving the attractiveness and measures for further development of Czech construction. The goals are achieved by analyzing the theoretical and methodological basis of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise, creating an author's methodology for evaluating investment attractiveness and applying this methodology to the selected construction company. The evaluation results showed the viability of the model in the Czech market. In conclusion, the master's thesis briefly presents all the research, the results obtained, the proposed recommendations for increasing the investment attractiveness of the selected enterprise and measures for the development of the construction industry.
