Managers of the company - women or men?
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zkoumá problematiku rovnosti mužů a žen při obsazování manažerských postů. Práce je složená ze třech částí. První se zabývá teorií. Druhá část je psaná v praktické rovině, ale je odkazováno na teoretické poznatky. Ve třetí části jsou získané informace porovnány a vyhodnoceny.
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis examines the issue of equality between men and women during the occupation of managerial The work is composed of three parts. The first part deals with the theory. The second part is written in practical terms, but there refer to theoretical knowledge. The third part evaluated the information.
