Interpretation of Vague Concepts
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá interpretací neurčitých pojmů. Neurčité právní pojmy a správní uvážení jsou definovány, detailně popsány a následně vzájemně srovnány. Práce se dále zabývá interpretací a aplikací právních norem. Druhá část práce popisuje institut soudní kontroly a zabývá se judikátem, ve kterém je definován neurčitý právní pojem "pornografie".
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the interpretation of indeterminate legal terms. Indeterminate legal terms and administrative consideration are defined, detail described and compared against each other. The diploma thesis also deals with the interpretation and application of laws.
