Cancellation and Termination of an Agricultural Cooperative
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou družstevního podnikání, zejména jeho zrušením a zánikem. Součástí práce je shrnutí základních principů družstva, aktuálních právních úprav a možné varianty zrušení. Práce zahrnuje i analýzy, na základě kterých probíhá hodnocení situace družstev. Na závěr je provedeno porovnání metod zrušení družstva a výběr nejefektivnější metody pro konkrétní družstvo.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of cooperatives, especially about the cancellation and the termination. The work includes a summary of basic principles of cooperatives, current legislation and possible variants of cancellation. Work involves the analysis, which evaluate the situation of cooperative.
