Tato diplomová práce zkoumá metodou komparace institut kasační stížnosti v České a Polské republice. Jejím cílem je poukázat na shody a rozdíly v obou úpravách, vyzdvihnout výhody jednotlivých úprav a navrhnout možné změny v české úpravě inspirované úpravou polskou a naopak. This thesis examines the institute of cassation complaints in Poland and the Czech Republic with the method of comparison. Its aim is to highlight the similarities and differences in both treatments, highlight the benefits of various treatments and suggest possible changes in Czech law inspired by Polish and vice versa.
