V této diplomové práci je nastíněna problematika vymáhání pohledávek za právnickými osobami, informace o způsobech vymáhání, dopady na právnické osoby na straně dlužníka a věřitele a především jsou kapitoly věnovány postupu při etických způsobech vymáhání. In this thesis is outline problems of recovery for legal entities, information about species recovery, the impact on the legal person of the debtor and the creditor and especially the chapters are devoted to the procedure for ethical enforcing ways.
