Pracovní motivace a její naplnění u zaměstnanců ve vybraném kraji

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zkoumání motivace zaměstnanců firmy VSP Data a. s. a její dceřiné společnosti Service Park a. s., a to konkrétně na analýzu skutečného stavu jednotlivých motivačních faktorů ve srovnání s očekáváními zaměstnanců samotných. V teoretické části se pozornost zaměřuje na definování základních pojmů - motivace a motivačních faktorů, zkoumání efektivního vedení a motivování zaměstnanců a představení firem VSP Data a. s. a Service Park a. s. včetně jejich podnikové kultury. Praktická část analyzuje současně nastavený systém motivace zkoumaných firem a data získaná od zaměstnanců obou společností dotazníkovým šetřením. Na základě zjištěných pozitiv a negativ je zhodnocena současná situace a zformulována doporučení do budoucna. Použité výzkumné metody jsou dotazníkové šetření, polostrukturovaný rozhovor a analýza informací z interních směrnic návaznosti na nastavení motivací zaměstnanců obou společností. Data z dotazníkového šetření byla vyhodnocena na základě komparativní analýzy. Na vyhodnocení polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a informací ze směrnic společnosti byla použita syntéza zjištěných poznatků. Výsledky byly podkladem pro následný návrh doporučení. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat motivační faktory, které se nejvíce podílejí na pracovní motivaci u zaměstnavatelů vybraného kraje.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is focused on researching the motivation of employees working for the company VSP Data a. s. and its subsidiary Service Park a. s., specifically on analysing the employee satisfaction with motivational factors and comparing their expectations with the real state of the factors. The theoretical part defines motivation and motivational factors, examines effective methods of leading and motivating employees, and introduces both the companies VSP Data a. s. and Service Park a. s. including their corporate culture. The practical part analyses data obtained from a survey taken by the employees of both companies. The current situation is evaluated in relation to discovered strengths and weaknesses and suggestion for improving the employee satisfaction are given. The used research methods are: a questionnaire survey, a semi-structured interview and information from internal guidelines dealing with the motivation of employees of both companies. The data from the questionnaire survey were evaluated on the basis of comparative analysis. A synthesis of the findings was used to evaluate the semi-structured interview and information from the company's guidelines. The results were the basis for subsequent draft of recommendations. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the motivational factors that most contribute to work motivation at employers in the selected region.
