Logistics Security of Population Emergency Survival in Selected Areas

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou logistického zabezpečení nouzového ubytování obyvatelstva ve vybrané oblasti. Hlavním cílem je navrhnout opatření vyplývající z hodnocení logistického zabezpečení nouzového ubytování obyvatelstva ve městě Šumperk, které souvisí s migrací válečných uprchlíku z Ukrajiny. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerše řešené problematiky. Dále obsahuje vymezení důležitých pojmů řešené problematiky, problematiku ochrany obyvatelstva České republiky, problematiku krizového řízení a logistické zabezpečení nouzového přežití obyvatelstva. Praktická část práce analyzuje logistické zabezpečení nouzového ubytování obyvatelstva ve vybrané oblasti na základě výstupů a zjištění z řízených rozhovorů a případové studie. Na konci diplomové práce jsou zhodnoceny získané informace a poskytnuty návrhy a jejich očekávané přínosy pro praxi.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of logistical security of emergency accommodation of the population in the selected area. The main goal is to propose measures resulting from the assessment of the logistical security of emergency accommodation for the population in the city of Šumperk, which is related to the migration of war refugees from Ukraine. The theoretical part contains literary research of the solved problem. It also contains the definition of important concepts of the solved problem, the problem of protecting the population of the Czech Republic, the problem of crisis management and logistical security of emergency survival of the population. The practical part of the work analyzes the logistical security of emergency accommodation of the population in the selected area based on outputs and findings from controlled interviews and a case study. At the end of the diploma thesis, the information obtained is evaluated and suggestions and their expected benefits for practice are provided.
