Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sebeobrany dětí mladšího školního věku. Hlavním cílem práce byla tvorba a následná evaluace blokového kurzu sebeobrany pro danou cílovou skupinu. The diploma thesis focuses on self-defense problematics at primary school education. The aim of the thesis is to create and subsequently evaluate the self-defense block course for a given target group. It includes the creation of a methodological manual which should serve teachers and parents in preparing children for a potentially dangerous situation or emergency.
