Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na faktory, které ovlivňují fluktuaci zaměstnanců. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy pracovního práva a fluktuace. Praktická část se zabývá faktory, které vedou často právě ke skončení pracovního poměru.
