Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vnitropodnikové účetní směrnice splňující požadavky českých účetních předpisů a US GAAP v konkrétní společnosti. Nejprve je proveden literární přehled k danému tématu. The diploma thesis focuses on internal accounting directives in a specific company. These directives meet the requirements of Czech accounting regulations and US GAAP.
