Předmětná rigorózní práce se věnuje problematice trestných činů v dopravě. Cílem práce je přednést ucelený výčet těchto trestných činů s podrobným rozborem jednotlivých znaků skutkových podstat. V souvislosti s jednotlivými trestnými činy práce cílí na relevantní judikaturu, a to zejména s ohledem na nespecifikované právní pojmy a jejich výklad. This thesis deals with the topic of traffic offenses and is focused purely on road traffic. One of the main goals is to provide a detailed description of traffic offenses and to depict each crime with its unique attributes.
