Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou politiky zaměstnanosti v ČR v letech 2019-2021, což znamená v průběhu pandemie. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části. První část se soustřeďuje na politiku zaměstnanosti v ČR, na její nositelé, cíle a typy a nástroje. Poté specifikuje základní ukazatelé trhu práce. This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of employment policy in the Czech Republic in the years 2019-2021, which means during a pandemic. The work is divided into two parts.
