Ekonomické sankce jsou již mnoho let aktuálním tématem. Debaty o nich stále pokračují, zejména po ruské invazi na Ukrajinu. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat sankční mechanismy EU a USA a identifikovat rozdíly v jejich geografickém rozložení. Economic sanctions have been a topical issue for many years. Debates about them are still ongoing, especially after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. This thesis aims to analyse the EU and the US sanction mechanisms and identify differences in their geographical distribution.
