Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Poskytování krizové pomoci pozůstalým v rámci hospice“ pojednává o poskytování krizové intervence rodinným příslušníkům zemřelých klientů hospice. Zabývá se odbornou pomocí pozůstalým, kterou poskytují pracovníci hospice. Zaměřuje se na vnímání rozsahu, způsobu a kvality poskytování krizové intervence pracovníků v rámci hospice. Práce se zaobírá jednotlivými aspekty krizové intervence, jako jsou znalosti a dovednosti pracovníků, Zákon o sociálních službách, stanovy hospice, náplň práce pracovníků hospice, etika, logoterapie, hodnoty profese, očekávání ze strany pozůstalých, duševní hygiena, syndrom vyhoření, krizová intervence, smrt, zármutek a truchlení. Metodologická část se věnuje metodologii výzkumu a interpretaci získaných dat. Empirická část je zaměřena kvalitativně. Data jsou získána díky strukturovanému rozhovoru s pracovníky poskytující krizovou intervenci. Závěrečná část práce předkládá odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, která zní: „Jakým způsobem vnímají pracovníci hospice poskytování krizové intervence pozůstalým?“

Abstract:

The thesis „ The rendering crisis intervention to residuals in hospice“ discourses on rendering crisis intervention to family member of the dead client in hospice. It deals with professional assistance to residuals provided by the workers in hospice. It focuses on perception range, method and quality of the rendering crisis intervention by workers whitin hospice. Moreover the thesis deals with the individual aspects of crisis intervention such as knowledges and skilles of workers, the Social Services Act, charter in hospice, responsibilities of workers, ethics, logotherapy, values of the profession, expecting of residuals, mental hygiene and burnout, crisis intervention, death, grief, groaning. Methodological part focuses on research methodology and interpretation of gained data. The empirical part focuses on the duality. The data used in the impirical part were derived from couple of interviews with workers who render crisis intervention. The final part of the thesis presents answer to the main research question, which is: „How social workers perceive the rendering crisis intervention to residuals in hospice?“
