Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá průzkumem spokojenosti uživatelů knihovny. Skládá se ze třech hlavních částí. První část je teoretická a nastiňuje teoretický rámec průzkumu uživatelské spokojenosti, zabývá se stručnou historií, současnou situací v České republice a standardizovaným dotazníkem pro zjišťování spokojenosti uživatelů, který vznikl v Národní knihovně v Praze.
