Abstract:

Absolventská práce pojednává o roli sociálního pracovníka v sociálním bydlení. Vymezuje sociální práci v sociálním bydlení jako službu lidem v nepříznivých situacích na principu solidarity. V oblasti bydlení se pro sociální pracovníky vyskytuje mnoho různých nepředvídatelných situací, které musí řešit i v terénu. Vzhledem k náročnosti profese chce práce upozornit na potřebu ochrany sociálních pracovníků vůči přetížení a následkům syndromu vyhoření. Cílem práce je popsat roli sociálních pracovníků v oblasti sociálního bydlení. Práce se opírá o relevantní dokumenty a odborné závěry v oblasti sociálního bydlení v České republice. V praktické části práce předkládám tři kazuistiky, na kterých bych ráda ukázala, že role sociálních pracovníků je pro klienta důležitým činitelem změny k lepšímu v jejich životě

Abstract:

The graduate thesis deals with the role of the social worker in social housing. It defines social work in social housing as a service for people in an unfavourable situation based on the principle of solidarity. There are many different unpredictable situations for social housing workers to deal with in the field. Given the demands of the profession, the thesis aims to highlight the need to protect social workers from overload and the consequences of burn-out syndrome. The aim of this thesis is to describe the role of social workers in the field of social housing. The thesis is based on relevant documents and professional conclusions in the field of social housing in the Czech Republic. In the practical part of the thesis, I present three case studies to show that the role of social workers is an important agent of change for the better in the client's life.
