Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zkoumá a analyzuje sociální determinanty, které vedou k delikventnímu chování jedince. Nejprve je představen teoretický základ k dané problematice, jako je vysvětlení pojmů, kriminogenní faktory a teorie vzniku kriminálního jednání, sociogenní faktory a struktura prevence kriminality. The bachelor's thesis examines and analyzes the social determinants that lead to an individual's delinquent behavior. First, the theoretical basis for the issue is presented, such as the explanation of terms, criminogenic factors and theories of the emergence of criminal behavior, sociogenic factors and the structure of crime prevention.
