Neurorehabilitation objectification of gait of patients after stroke

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi analýzy a terapie chůze na chodících pásech u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. První část teoretické části je zaměřena na shrnutí poznatků o cévní mozkové příhodě a fyziologické a hemiparetické chůzi. Ve druhé části jsou uvedeny různé testy chůze, jejich vlastnosti a vhodný výběr. Třetí část popisuje chodící pásy Zebris a C-Mill, analýzu a terapii chůze na těchto pásech. První část diskuze se zabývá měřícími vlastnostmi chodících pásů a jejich výhodami a nevýhodami pro analýzu chůze, druhá část je zaměřena na efektivitu různých možností tréninku na chodících pásech na parametry krokového cyklu u pacientů po CMP.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the possibilities of analysis and therapy of gait on treadmills of patients after stroke. The first part of the theoretical section is focused on summary of knowledge about stroke and physiological and hemiparetic gait. In the second part the various tests of gait, their properties and suitable choice are mentioned. The third part describes the treadmills Zebris and C-Mill and analysis and therapy of gait on these treadmills. The first part of the discussion deals with the measurement properties of the treadmills, and their advantages and disadvantages for gait analysis. The second part focuses on the effectiveness of different kinds of training on treadmills on parameters of the gait cycle of patients after stroke.
