Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je podrobný rozbor hospodaření podniku, který realizuje své podnikatelské aktivity na energetickém trhu.Detailní rozbor bude zaměřen na finanční analýzu, analýzu procesů, reporting, řízení pohledávek a zásob. Cílem práce je, na základě dosažených výsledků z rozboru, zpracovat návrh na optimalizaci finančního řízení podniku. V práci bude využita metoda deskripce, syntéze poznatků …more
Abstract:
My thesis makes a detailed financial management analysis of a company which operates its entrepreneurial activity in area of power industry. The detailed analysis is focused on financial analysis and working process analysis as well as on reporting, claim and supply controling. The analysis provides conclusions and recommendations for design optimization of the financial controlling.
