Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme popisu vztahů mezi rodinou miR-181 a receptorovou signální drahou proteinu TGF beta na modelu buněk gliomů, které patří mezi nejhorší nádory mozku. A prispět tak k poznaní této problematiky.
Abstract:
In this diploma paper describes the relationships between miR-181 family and signaling pathway of receptor protein TGF beta on the model of glioma cells, which are belongs to the most dangerous brain tumors. And contribute to knowledge of this issue.
