Souvislost rodiny TGF beta s microRNA 181 v buňkách high-grade gliomů
Role of proteins TGFbeta in regulation of miRNA in high-grade glioma cells
Abstract:
Abstract:
In this diploma paper describes the relationships between miR-181 family and signaling pathway of receptor protein TGF beta on the model of glioma cells, which are belongs to the most dangerous brain tumors. And contribute to knowledge of this issue.
