Tématem bakalářské práce je ,,Rozhodování v praxi manažera hotelu". Záměrem práce bylo zjistit názory manažerů na obsah a realizaci jednotlivých etap rozhodovacího procesu při řešení rozhodovacích problémů v návaznosti na situace, které mohou vzniknout.
