Medical rehabilitation plan and process in patient with injury of spine and spinal cord
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá léčebným i rehabilitačním postupem a plánem u traumatických poškození páteře a míchy. V teoretické části jsou popsány anatomicko-fyziologické souvislosti, obecné traumatologické a léčebné informace, pojednává také o komplexní rehabilitační léčbě. Součástí bakalářské práce je i kazuistika u pacienta po poranění páteře.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deal with therapeutic and rehabilitation process and plan with trauma of spine and spine cord. In theoretical section I delineate information about anatomy, phyziology, traumatology and trerapy injury of spine and spinal cord . Theoretical section includes options of comprehensive rehabilitation. Included is also a case report of patient after traumatic spinal cord injury.
