Modeling and controling the hot-air system by using Neural Network.

Abstract:

Snahou práce je poukázať na využite neurónových sietí pri experimentálnej identifikácii a riadení systémov. Neurónové siete sa v tejto oblasti presadzujú iba pomaly, pretože vo väčšine praktických aplikácií dostatočne vyhovujú klasické metódy riadenia, ale ich použitie prináša výhody, ktoré klasickým metódam chýbajú. Pre účely práce bola použitá reálna sústava, teplovzdušný model, pre ktorú bol vytvorený statický a dynamický neurónový model. Pri tvorbe statického modelu sa nadstavovali parametre siete pomocou evolučných algoritmov ? genetického algoritmu a diferenciálnej evolúcie, čím sa tento alternatívny spôsob trénovania siete mohol porovnať s klasickým. Použitím rovnakých algoritmov a dynamického neurónového modelu sa hľadali optimálne nadstavenia parametrov PID regulátora. Kvalita riadenia takto nadstaveného regulátora sa potom porovnala s regulátorom, ktorého parametre boli nadstavené klasickou metódou.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with application of neural networks in experimental identification and process control. Neural networks are enforced slowly in this field because in most of practical applications, classical control methods are suitable enough. On the other hand, neural networks bring advantages which are missing in classical methods. The real system (hot-air model) was used in the thesis. Both static and dynamic neural models of the real system were designed. In static model design, the parameters were adjusted by evolutionary algorithms ? genetic algorithm and differential evolution. These alternative ways of neural network training were compared with the classical one. By using of the same evolutionary algorithms and dynamic neural model, optimal set of PID controller parameters was searched. The control quality PID controller tuned this way was then compared with controller of which parameters were adjusted by classical method.
