V rámci vztahu práva EU a sportu se práce věnuje vlivu, který má evropská integrace na sportovní průmysl při zohlednění tzv. specifičnosti sportu. Within the framework of relationship between sport and EU law this thesis deals with the impact of European integration on sports industry taking account of the specificity of sport.
