Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku diskriminace na trhu práce. Ve své teoretické části se z obecného pohledu nejdříve zabývá diskriminací ve společnosti a jejími projevy, přičemž je zohledněna i současná situace v České republice. This thesis is focusing on the issue of discrimination on the labor market. In the theoretical part, it is generally describing discrimination in the society and its affects especially those nowadays present in the Czech Republic.
