Fiscal policy of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce na téma Fiskální politika České republiky a Slovenské republiky je analyzovat vývoj České republiky a Slovenské republiky a na základě zjištěných dat provést komparaci fiskálních politik států. Práce je rozdělena na tři tematické části. V té vstupní jsou vymezeny a rozebrány základní teoretické pojmy. V části následující je obsažen vývoj obou států, který bude rozdělen do dvou časových rovin a to před a po vstupu do Evropské unie. V daných letech budou zmíněny nejdůležitější události, které významným způsobem zasáhly do vývoje státu, současně s nimi je uveden vývoj fiskální politiky. Na konci každého časového úseku bude provedena komparace fiskálních politik. Třetí, zároveň poslední, blok je věnovaný volbám v roce 2010. Nejprve bude nastíněn průběh voleb a utváření vlády. V samém závěru budou zmíněny návrhy vlád, kterými se chtějí nadále ubírat.

Abstract:

The subject of the Bachelor Paper with a topic entitled Fiscal policy of the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic is to analyse the development of the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic, and on the basis of the data identified to carry out a comparison of the fiscal policies of the States. The Paper is subdivided into three thematic subsections. The introductory one outlines and discuss the principal theoretical terms. The next subsection describes the development of both of the States which will be subdivided into two time-specific tiers, namely prior to and after joining the European Union. Within the defined years, mentioned shall be the most important events which have significantly influenced the development of the State, and along with them, the progression of the fiscal policy is indicated. At the end of each time-specific section, a comparison of the fiscal policies will be made. The third, and simultaneously the last subsection is devoted to the Election in the year 2010. Initially, the course of the election and the formation of the Government are outlined. The very end of the Paper will focus on the proposals of the Governments which are supposed to be further implemented by them.
