Diplomová práce pojednává o výchovném opatření: probační program, dle zákona 218/2003 Sb. Vymezuje základní pojmy, problematiku adolescence, socializační vlivy a realizátory probačních programů obecně. Popisuje též konkrétně jeden probační program z praxe. Die Diplomarbeit behandelt die Erziehungsmaßnahme: Probationsprogramm laut Gesetz 218/2003. Die Arbeit grenzt die Grundbegriffe, Problematik der Adoleszenz, Sozialisierungseinflüsse und die Realisatoren der Probationsprogramme ab.
