Práce se zabývá možnostmi uplatnění smluvní svobody ve sféře pracovního práva. Popisuje stav po zavedení nového zákoníku práce a rozebírá jednotlivé smlouvy v různých fázích vztahu zaměstnanec – zaměstnavatel od vzniku pracovního poměru, jeho změny až po jeho ukončení. The work present the contractual principle in the brench of the labour law. This theses compares the present state of the legislation based on new labour code with actual possibilities of individual agreements in different stadiums of relation employer – employee.
