Práce se zabývá otázkou eutanazie. Vytyčuje základní pojmy v dané problematice, vývoj lidského vnímání umírání a smrti. The work deals with the question of euthanasia. It sets out the basic concepts in the issue, the development of the human perception of death and dying. The central part is dedicated to the legal classification of euthanasia in the Czech Republic and its subsequent comparison with countries where euthanasia is at least partially legalized (Netherlands, Germany).
