Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá problematikou exekucí, zákonnými zásadami,druhy a způsoby provedení exekuce. Vpráci se dále věnuji exekučnímu řádu se zaměřením na peněžité plnění ze strany dlužníků a věřitelů.
Abstract:
The professional project focuses on property seizures, their legal principles and kinds of execution. The project also deals with the seisure code and concentrates on meeting liabilities of debtors and creditors.
