School catering trends

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaobírá trendy ve školním stravování. Předmětem zkoumání jsou jídelny zapojené do projektu „Zdravá školní jídelna“. V teoretické části je stručné vysvětlení potřebných pojmů k dané problematice s návazností na analytickou část. V analytické části je prováděná výzkumná metoda vlastního dotazníkového šetření pro zvolená školní stravovací střediska v rámci projektu „Zdravá školní jídelna“. Dále je provedena deskripce vývoje na jedné konkrétní školní jídelně působící ve zmiňovaném projektu. V návrhové části jsou uvedena možná doporučení pro školní jídelny, které doposud nejsou zapojeny v projektu či programu k provozování zdravějšího stravování.

Abstract:

My Bachelor thesis deals with modern trends of school catering. School canteens involved into in the project called „Healthy school canteen“ are the subject of my research. Useful terms concerning this particular topic are briefly explained in the theoretical part which is followed by the analytical part. The analytical part is focused on the research method of a questionnaire created for selected catering centres within the project „Healthy school canteen“. Furthermore, there is a detailed description of development in one particular school canteen involved in already mentioned project. In the practical part possible recommendations for school canteens can be found. This might be beneficial for the school canteens which are not included in this project or the programme for providing healthier catering.
