Diplomová práce se v první části zabývá právní úpravou exekučního řízení v České republice po přijetí zákona č. 120/2001, exekučního řádu. Důraz klade především na jednotlivé fáze exekučního řízení, které autor přehledně popisuje a analyzuje. Druhou část práce tvoří popis dvou způsobů provedení exekuce a to prodejem nemovitosti a prodejem podniku, což jsou zřejmě nejsložitější, ale zároveň nejvýnosnější …more

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of Execution by sale of real estate and corporation (undertaking) in connection with the economical crisis. In the first part the author generally describes the execution procedure under the Execution Act (Act n. 120/2001 Coll.).
