Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření aplikace, která dovede zpracovat soubor videa obsahující záznam tepajících buněčných shluků. Jsou změřeny některé vlastnosti tepů jako četnost, odchylky z pravidelnosti či intenzita tepů. Algoritmus je založen na pozorování, že pohyb tkáně způsobuje změny jasu na patřičném místě videozáznamu. The aim of this thesis is to build an application program that will process a given video file containing a recording of beating cell clusters to obtain an estimate of their beating. The analyzing algorithm used is based on the observation that the movement of the tissue causes changes of the brightness in the captured image.
