The Constitutional Position of Political Parties in the Czech Republic - Current Issues
Abstract:
Daná diplomová práce se zabývala ústavně právním postavením politických stran a hnutí, kdy bylo zaměřeno na jejich historický vývoj, současnou právní úpravu, kdy byly rozebrány nejdůležitější aspekty týkající se politických stran a hnutí a také na vybraná rozhodnutí Ústavního soudu, která právní úpravu zaměřující se na politické strany a hnutí ovlivňovala.
Abstract:
The thesis dealt with the constitutional legal status of political parties and movements, focusing on their historical development, the current legislation, the most important aspects of political parties and movements and selected decisions of the Constitutional Court, which influenced the legislation on political parties and movements.
