ADHD syndrome occurrence frequency in Moravia

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o syndromu deficitu pozornosti s hyperaktivitou (ADHD). Zabývá se terminologií, symptomatologií, etiologií, diagnostikou a výskytem syndromu ADHD v populaci. Je zde věnován prostor přístupu k dětem s touto poruchou doma i ve škole. Součástí práce je statistické zpracování zjištěných dat ve formě tabulek a grafů. Jedná se o informace o četnosti výskytu syndromu ADHD v základních školách přerovského regionu, o podmínkách vzdělávání a procesu integrace dětí s ADHD do běžných základních škol. Ty byly zjišťovány pomocí osobně konstruovaného dotazníku určeného pro třídní učitele. Průzkumem bylo zjištěno, že pedagogové na běžných základních školách mají s žáky s ADHD zkušenosti, snaží se pracovat dle doporučení odborníků a spolupracovat s rodiči dětí s ADHD.

Abstract:

The thesis treats of attention deficiency syndrome with hyperactivity (ADHD). It concerns with terminology, symptomatology, aetiology, diagnostics and ADHD syndrome occurrence in population. There is some space here that is dedicated to access to children with this disorder at home and also at school. Part of this thesis is statistics processing of the founded data, in the form of tables and graphs. These are information about ADHD syndrome occurrence frequency in primary schools of the Přerov region, about education conditions and integration process of children with ADHD into the common primary schools. Those were found through use of personally consulted questionnaire designed for class teachers. There were found in the inquiry, that the pedagogues at common primary schools have experiences with the pupils with ADHD, they try to work according to specialist´s recommendations and cooperate with parents of children with ADHD.
