Abstract:

Kocfeldová, K. Návrh implementace happiness managementu ve středně velkém podniku. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sociálního pilíře společenské odpovědnosti firem, konkrétně přístupem k zaměstnancům. Cílem práce je zjistit současný stav přístupu k zaměstnancům a úroveň happiness managementu ve společnosti VITAR, s. r. o. a následně formulovat doporučení pro vylepšení. Cíle je dosaženo pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci zkoumaného podniku. Kvantitativní výzkum je doplněn o hloubkový rozhovor s personální ředitelkou společnosti. Použita jsou rovněž sekundární data společnosti VITAR, s. r. o. Na základě analýzy primárních a sekundárních je hodnocena úroveň happiness managementu a současný stav přístupu k zaměstnancům velmi pozitivně. Došlo k identifikování pouze mírných nedostatků v oblasti poskytovaných benefitů a vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců. Prostor pro vylepšení byl nalezen také v oblasti mezilidských vztahů. Tato zjištění vedla k návrhu doporučení ke zvýšení spokojenosti a motivace zaměstnanců. Záměrem těchto doporučení je učinit za-městnance šťastnějšími také v osobním životě.

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the social pillar of corporate social responsibility, specifically on the approach to employees. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to discover the current approach to employees and the level of happiness management in the company VITAR, s. r. o. and subsequently to propose improving recommendations. The goal is achieved by a questionnaire survey among the employees of the company. Quantitative research is supplemented by an in-depth interview with the company's human resources director. Secondary data of the company are also used. Based on the analysis of primary and secondary data, the level of happiness management and the current state of approach to employees were evaluated positively. Only slight deficiencies in the area of provided benefits and education of employees were identified. The space for improvement has also been found in the area of interpersonal relationships. These findings led to the recommendations to increase employee satisfaction and motivation. The intend of the recommendations is to make employees happier in their personal lives as well.
