Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývala organizační strukturou a jejím vlivu na efektivitu a konkurenceschopnost podniků v sektoru služeb v České republice. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit efektivitu a konkurenceschopnost vybraného podniku a navrhnout efektivní a konkurenceschopnou organizační strukturu. Pomocí strategické analýzy byla definována SWOT analýza, a to silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. Za využití PEST analýzy a Porterovy analýzy pěti konkurenčních sil byly vyhodnoceny vnější faktory ovlivňující efektivitu a konkurenceschopnost. Zde autor poukazuje na důležitost znalosti podnikatelské sféry a konkurenčního prostředí, které přímo podnik ovlivňuje. Na základě strategické analýzy byla prokázána významnost komunikace v podnikovém prostředí, která ovlivňuje celý chod společnosti. Výsledky výzkumu identifikovali, že správně nastavená organizační struktura má vliv na zkoumanou problematiku, proto byla navržena organizační struktura tak, aby zaměstnanci, kteří mají ve své kompetenci výrobní proces neměli na starosti více než tři pozice v organizační struktuře. Nicméně každá změna nese určitá rizika a je potřeba se smířit s tím, že dekompozice struktury s sebou nese rizika, ale i značné benefity, které ovlivní efektivitu a konkurenceschopnost. Autor dochází k závěru, že změna organizační struktury má v současné době potenciál a správným nastavením interního sdělováni informací v podniku se zvýší efektivnost a konkurenceschopnost společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis looked at the organizational structure and its effect on the efficiency and competitiveness of businesses in the service sector in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work was to evaluate the efficiency and competitiveness of the selected business and to design an efficient and competitive organisational structure. Using strategic analysis, SWOT analysis was defined, namely strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Using PEST analysis and Porter's analysis of five competing forces, external factors affecting efficiency and competitiveness were evaluated. Here, the author points out the importance of knowledge of the business community and the competitive environment that directly affects the business. Based on strategic analysis, the importance of communication in the corporate environment, which affects the entire running of the company, has been demonstrated. The results of the research identified that the correctly set-up organisational structure has an impact on the issue under scrutiny, so an organisational structure has been designed so that employees who have competence of the production process are not in charge of more than three positions in the organizational structure. However, each change carries risks, and it must be accepted that decomposition of the structure carries risks, but also considerable benefits, that will affect efficiency and competitiveness. The author concludes that the change of organizational structure currently has potential and the correct setting of the internal communication of information in the company will increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the company.
