Price discriminations in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato práce se v teoretické části zabývá způsobem vytváření cenové strategie, kdy blíže určuje jednotlivé kroky, na které by se firma měla zaměřit a pokračuje analýzou cenových diskriminací. Teoretická část je zakončena rozborem legislativy upravující cenovou diskriminaci. V praktické části této práce jsou uvedeny konkrétní příklady cenových diskriminací, jako diskriminace třetího stupně v oblasti věrnostních karet ve třech vybraných drogeriích a dále diskriminace druhé stupně a bundling, které jsou aplikovány na konkrétní podnik.

Abstract:

This work in theoretical part describes the way of creating a pricing strategy, which specifies the individual steps that the company should focus on and continues with the analysis of price diskrimination. The theoretical part concludes an analysis of the legislation of price discrimination. The practical part describes specific examples of price discrimination, such as third-degree price discrimination in loyalty cards in three selected drugstores and second-degree price discrimination and bundling, which are applied to a specific company.
