First communication with children of foreigners in the regular kindergarten

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se týká počátku komunikace mezi učitelkami běžných českých mateřských škol a dětmi, které přišly z cizojazyčného prostředí. První kapitola se věnuje pojmům mateřská škola, cizinec a národnostem v Česku i v zahraničí. Jak rozdílné jsou komunikační prostředky člověka a jaké komunikační bariéry mohou mezi lidmi být, je obsahem druhé kapitoly. Třetí kapitola se věnuje řeči a jejímu vývoji, jazyku českému, cizím jazykům a nastiňuje možné způsoby narušení komunikační schopnosti. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jak probíhá komunikace po nástupu dítěte z cizojazyčného prostředí do prostředí českých mateřských škol. Toto bylo zjišťováno kvalitativní formou pomocí rozhovorů s učitelkami mateřských škol.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the commencement of communication between common nursery school teachers and children coming from a foreign language background. The first chapter explains the terms a nursery school and foreigner, and further focuses on nationalities in the Czech republic as well as abroad, while the second chapter describes the differences in human means of communication and possible communication issues. The final chapter explores speech development, communication disorder, Czech language and foreign languages. The main goal of the thesis was to examine the communication development of a child in transition from a foreign language environment to Czech nursery school. The research was conducted in a qualitative form by means of interviews with nursery school teachers.
