Bakalářská práce se zabývá pomocí obětem trestné činnosti v ČR. This thesis deals with assistance to victims of crime in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on victimology, typology of victims, types of assistance to victims, entities providing assistance to victims, victims' rights and restorative justice.
