Předmětem bakalářské práce "Hodnocení výkonnosti IS/ICT v malých podnicích" je problematika hodnocení přínosů a vlivu informačního systému v podnikové praxi s důrazem na malé podnikání. Teoretická část rozebírá současné přístupy k hodnocení výkonnosti především ve velkých podnicích a následně popisuje specifika malých podniků a hodnocení výkonnosti v nich.
