Abstract:
Regulace eukaryotických genů je v centru pozornosti buněčné homeostázy a má mnoho důležitých kontrolních bodů. Tyto kontrolní body určují osud čerstvě přepsané RNA a v konečném důsledku regulují biologické procesy, které jsou pro RNA důležité. Eukaryotic gene regulation takes centre stage in cellular homeostasis and has many important check points. The fate of a freshly transcribed RNA is determined by these check points, ultimately regulating the biological processes that are consequential to the RNA.
