Anotace:

Franc, Roman: Rozvoj akcelerační rychlosti v atletických sprintech. Bakalářská práce. Brno: MU FSpS, 2006. 45 s. Obsah práce: Práce vznikla jako materiál obsahující shrnutí nejdůležitějších poznatků, rad a návodů, které pojednávají o rozvoji rychlosti a akcelerace u sprinterského běhu na 100 metrů. Začátek práce je věnován informacím obecného charakteru o struktuře výkonu ve sprintu. Další kapitoly se věnují technice a faktorům, které sprint ovlivňují a akcelerační rychlosti, která je považována za jednu z nejdůležitějších složek sprintu. Závěr práce tvoří zásobník cviků s fotografiemi pro její rozvoj.

Franc, Roman: The progress of the acceleration speed in the athletic sprints. The bachelor work, Brno: MU FSpS, 2006, 45 s. Content: This bachelor work was created as a stuff which contains the summary of the most important knowledge, suggestions and instructions about the progress of the speed and the acceleration of 100 meters sprint. The beginning of this bachelor work deals with the general information about structure of performance in sprint. Other chapters deal with technique and factors, which influence the sprint and also deal with acceleration speed which is thought to be one of the most important element of the sprint. The conclusion of this work contains the list of excercises with photos for its progress.
