Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na energetickou náročnost provozu hotelového pokoje na třech konkrétních hotelech v centru Prahy. Záměrně se zabývá energetickou náročností, neboť spotřeba energií je přímo spjata s produkcí skleníkových plynů, které mají negativní vliv na životní prostředí. Cílem této práce je analyzovat hospodárnost provozu stávajících technických zařízení budov ve 3 vybraných hotelech v Praze a navrhnout možnosti dosažení jejich vyšší hospodárnosti za účelem snížení ekologického dopadu na životní prostředí. První kapitola tvoří teoretický základ pro sestavení uceleného pohledu na problematiku aplikace ekologických prvků v hotelnictví. Praktická část se věnuje rozboru energetické náročnosti na vytápění, chlazení a větrání v konkrétních hotelech, které jsou v provozu více než 10 let. Dále se tato část zabývá hledáním organizačně - technických opatření vedoucích ke snížení energetické náročnosti provozu, která jsou aplikovatelná na pokojích vybraných hotelů. Také se věnuje velmi populárnímu ekologickému opatření, což je výměna světelných zdrojů a ukazuje na s tím spjaté energetické úspory v širších souvislostech. Poukazuje také, jak ovlivňují energetickou náročnost provozu hotelového pokoje některá nezodpovědná rozhodnutí hotelového managementu. Výsledkem analýzy jsou návrhy na konkrétní organizační a technická opatření, která byla zvolena tak, aby nebyla technicky a investičně příliš náročná. Autorka došla k závěru, že stávající technická zařízení budov nabízejí celou škálu aplikovatelných organizačních a technických opatření a hotelový management musí sám aktivně vyhledávat možnosti jak vylepšovat svá technická zařízení a neodkládat tato řešení až na období generální rekonstrukce objektu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the energy demands of the hotel rooms operation in three specific hotels, located in the centre of Prague. It deliberately deals with the energy demands, because the energy consumption is directly related to the emission of greenhouse gases, which have a negative impact on the environment. The aim of this work is to analyze the economic efficiency of existing HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) in the three selected hotels in Prague and to suggest the possibility of achieving higher efficiency in order to reduce the environmental impact. The first chapter is a theoretical basis for the compilation of a comprehensive view on the issue of the application of environmentally friendly features in hotels. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the energy demands for heating, cooling, and ventilation in a specific hotel, which are operated for more than 10 years. This part also deals with searching the organizational - technical measures to reduce the energy demand applicable to the rooms operation of selected hotels. It is also focused on very popular environmental measures, such as the replacement of light sources and the associated energy savings in a wider context. This part also points out the fact how some irresponsible decisions in hotel management affect the energy demands of the hotel rooms operation. The results of the analysis are proposals for specific organizational and technical measures that have been selected in the way not to be too demanding technically and for investment. The author concluded that the existing HVAC offer a full range of applicable organizational and technical measures and hotel management itself must actively seek ways to improve their technical equipment and not wait for a general hotel reconstruction.
