Abstract:

Pro napsaní mé bakalářské práce bylo zvoleno velmi aktuální téma, a to Konkurenční prostředí v oblasti gastronomie ve vybraném regionu, konkrétně byla práce zaměřena na lokalitu Prahy 3 ve čtvrti Žižkov, kde se nachází mnoho gastronomických zařízení, které dává vzniknout konkurenčnímu prostředí. Cílem bakalářské práce bude zkoumání konkurenceschopnosti vybraných gastronomických zařízení na Praze 3, konkrétněji ve městské čtvrti Žižkov a předložení vhodných návrhů a doporučení, které by vedly ke zlepšování a posilování současného stavu pozic na trhu stravovacích podniků.

Abstract:

To write my bachelor thesis, a very topical topic was chosen, namely the competitive gastronomy environment in the selected region, specifically the thesis focused on the location of Prague 3 in Žižkov, where there are many gastronomic facilities that create a competitive environment. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to study the competitiveness of selected gastronomic facilities in Prague 3, more specifically in the Žižkov district and to present suitable proposals and recommendations that would improve and strengthen the current position in the catering industry.
