Diplomová práce je věnována aktuální problematice pracovní angažovanosti a spokojenosti učitelů druhého stupně základních škol. Thesis is focused on current issues of work engagement and satisfaction teachers at second degree of primary school. The theoretical part deals with analysis of the basic terms, their definition in the scientific literature and its relationship (work engagement, job satisfaction, teaching profession, etc.).
